We take care of managing your prescription and bringing it to you. Just tell your doctor to send your prescription to Medly, and we’ll take over from there. If you have an existing refill, let us know and we’ll get in touch with your previous pharmacy to transfer it over to us.
There are two ways to send us your prescription: Your doctor can e-prescribe to Medly Pharmacy or by phone or fax. Our NPI# is 1962488387. If you have a paper prescription, you can drop it off at a Medly Pharmacy store near you. If you have the Medly mobile app, you can also take a picture of the prescription using our camera feature. We’ll use the photo prescription as a reference to get in touch with your doctor to get the prescription validated.

Medly’s pharmacists are available 7 days a week, from 8:00AM to 10:00PM. After business hours, a voicemail line is available for Medly customers and a pharmacist will return your call within 30 minutes.
